Polyhydron has a multiple range of products as like piston pumps, hand pumps, pressure relief valves, pilot operated pressure relief valves, modular type check valves, flow control valves, directional control valves, pressure switches etc.

Hand pumps

These hand operated pumps consists of single piston reciprocating in body, relief valve & release valve.

Piston pumps

Model : 1R & 1RC

These pumps are radial plunger, fixed displacement, high pressure pumps. the models available are open execution type oil immersed (1R &1RE) Where ‘E’ stands for pumps with extension shaft and closed execution casing type of pump.1RC & 1RCE type which can be mounted above oil level.

Model 2R & 2RC

Identical to radial piston pump (1R), these pump has two independent pumping sections. Flow can be combined or used independently to feed two circuits. Also available with extension shafts (model 2RE & 2RCE) to couple low pressure pumps. The nominal pressure and flow rating for these are similar to that of ‘1R & 1RC’models.

Model 11R & 11RC

These radial piston pumps are with 5 or 7 pumping elements and possess higher delivery flow outputs compared to (1R & 2R) series. These are available in open type, closed type and also with extension shafts.

Model 12R & 12RC

These are radial piston pumps, with 5 or 7 pumping elements, each pump sections with two rows. These are available also with extension shafts.

Pressure Controls

Direct operated pressure relief valves (DPR)

Direct acting with guided cushioned poppet. Available in cartridges(K), threaded(T) & subplate(S) types. Two options for pressure adjustments are available with set screw and with hand knob.

Pilot operated pressure relief cum unloading valves (PPRU)

Two stage puppet type relief cum unloading valve. Additional solenoid unloading facility as an optional feature.

Pilot operated pressure reducing valves (PPM)

Two stage pilot operated construction. These valves are normally open type valves. When the pressure in the secondary port (port A) increases to set pressure, the valve closes against the spring

Pressure control module (PCM 06-06)

Designed to control double pumps of a Hi-low systems. Consists of a high pressure relief valves, a check valve and a low pressure unloading valve. Unloading of pumps by solenoid valve / Valves as an optional feature.

Pressure control modules (PCM 20-06 / PCM 20-10 and PCM 20-16)

Designed to control double pumps of a Hi-low systems. Consists of a high pressure relief valves, a check valve and a low pressure unloading valve.

Counter balance valve (CB)

Counter balance valves are seat types valves. They offer free flow from port B to A and give leak free closure in opposite direction upto a predetermined pressure. The predetermined pressure can be adjusted with its maximum specified range.

Solenoid operated directional control valves (DE 06 CETOP 03)

Direct solenoid operated, spool type, mounting on ISO 4401-03-02. Five chamber body and spool design provides low-pressure drop, with maximum performance. Balanced spool design ensures proper shifting force for maximum reliability and long life.

Solenoid pilot operated directional control valve (DEP 20)

Completely encapsulated control mechanism for protection against dirt. Available as spring centered, spring offset. Minimum pilot pressure is 5 bar.

Flow control valves

2 – way flow control valve (2PF)

Pressure compensated. Check valve option for reverse-free flow. Four rotations of hand knob to facilitate the setting with ease. Stroke limiter available as an option.

Flow divider valve (FD)

Flow divider valves provide dual flow from a single source at a predetermined ratio, regardless of load. Maximum dividing error is <5%, Threaded port body.

Double throttle cum check, non – pressure compensated modular construction. Can be used in Metering-in or Metering out device.

Check valves (C)

These seat type valves allow free flow from port A to port B and give leak-proof closure in opposite direction. Available as inline mounting or Sub-plate mounting

Pilot operated check valves (CI / CL)

Seat type valves, Model CI with internal drain & CL with external drain. Threaded or Sub-plate mounting construction. Available with two pilot piston size options only for Model CI.

Check valve modular construction (CIM 06 / CIM 10)

These modular valves are available with the pilot operated check valves facility on either A or B or both A and B ports. The hydraulic opening operation for free flow in reverse direction is achieved by means of internal pilot pressure available from the other working port.

Prefill valves (PV)

Intended for prefilling and exhausting of large hydraulic cylinders. Can be used as anticavitation check valves. Decompression feature is optional up to size 80.

Pressure Switches (1PS10 / 1PS / 1PT / 1PF)

Sealed piston type with non – adjustable pr. Differential. Encapsulated design for protection against dirt. Mounting style : subplate , face and threaded mountings. Transparent plug-in connector is available with LED. Four pressure ranges available adjustable upto 10, 50, 100, 200, 350 and 420 bar.
